Charter Extended Day Credit and Refund Policy
Credits/Refunds are not available for unused contracted hours. Credits/Refunds are available under any of the conditions listed below:
- Absences due to illness if over three consecutive contracted days (upon parent request).
- Extenuating circumstances/emergencies with approval by Program Director/designee.
- For Holiday/Summer service, if cancelled 24 hours prior to the start date of the Holiday/Summer program.
Please note, if an account is considered active, a credit will be issued. Refunds are only issued if a client no longer has an active account and has no account balance due.
Charter Extended Day Administration makes all final decisions regarding credits/refunds.
